Receptionist / Client Relations

The Receptionist coordinates the needs of the client with the processes of
the clinic. They meet, greet and direct patients and clients as they come
through our doors. They answer phones, make appointments and keep records
maintained with current information. The Receptionists call clients for
patient updates and appointment reminders. They also prepare invoices and
take payment for services provided. 


Out Patient Nurse (OPN)

The OPN is the connection between the Receptionist, the client and the
doctor. They do this by facilitating the movement of client from waiting
room to exam room, being a knowledgeable friend for the patient, and
anticipating the needs of the doctor both for assistance and information.
They are the ultimate multi tasker.


Veterinary Assistants / Caretakers

The Assistants job is to help both the LVTs and Doctors in caring for both
patients and hospital.  They see to our hospitalized patients needs,
feeding, watering, exercising and bathing as required. They keep pets and
cages clean & dry and help monitor their moods, appetites and elimination
processes. They do laundry. They receive, unpack and stock needed supplies
and keep the clinic and grounds clean and tidy.


Licensed Veterinary Technicians LVT

The Technician Team provides nursing care for your pets. They assist the
Doctors in providing medical care for patients and education for clients.
They help in surgeries, take x rays, do in house laboratory testing,
perform dentistry, monitor patients, prepare prescriptions and instruct
clients about care, products and services.
